Information about the moving inquiry form on this website.

What you share

The form asks for your name, email, phone, preferred moving date, pickup and destination area, move type and optional details about access, rooms, packing and large items. A neighbourhood or postal code is enough for an initial inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or other information we do not need to plan your move.

How your inquiry is used

Prompt Moving uses the details you submit to respond, discuss a quote and coordinate your requested services. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to marketing messages.

Delivery and hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. Quote inquiries are processed by the website’s server and sent to Prompt Moving using Resend, an email delivery service. These providers may process technical data needed to operate and protect their services. Inquiry details may remain in our email records so we can handle the conversation.

Website measurement

When enabled on the production website, Google Tag Manager loads the business’s configured measurement tags. Contact details, addresses and free-text notes are not included in the website’s successful-inquiry event. Applicable tracking and consent settings must be reviewed as part of operating the site.
